Atboro II

The latest of four buildings managed by Eastport Properties Ltd and designed by Ruitenberg Incorporated in the Bluefrog Business Campus, this two storey, 90,000sf multi-tenant tilt-up concrete office building was developed with the goal of maximizing flexibility and high quality air for its occupants. The design for Atboro ll, located at 130 Eileen Stubbs Avenue in Burnside Industrial Park, takes full advantage of its proximity to the main traffic artery of Dartmouth with its orientation maximizing tenant visibility. Ruitenberg Incorporated retained Design 360, Interior Designers for the development of the interior public and amenity spaces.

Nova Truck

Nova Truck Centre is a 43,000sf truck sales, parts and service facility for Western Star, Freight Liner, Fuso and top trailer brands. The tilt-up concrete facility, located at 670 Wilkinson Avenue in Dartmouth is fully integrated with the latest technology for servicing customers and providing an exceptional working environment for its employees.

Summit Place

Summit Park is a 66,000sf, three storey tilt-up concrete office building located at 120 Eileen Stubbs Avenue in Dartmouth, N.S. The building was built in 1989 and is testimonial to a building designed by Ruitenberg Incorporated that continues to be contemporary, very energy efficient and sustainable.
